of this Kyosho Racing Silver Cobra

The Kyosho Racing Silver Cobra's engine compartment sports a Ford 427cid sideoiler V8 powerplant decked out with a single Holley 4-bbl carburetors, surrounded with a "turkey pan."

The period-correct (and far more aerodynamic) windscreen replicates the racing-style windscreen installed on the racing serpents and used at Goodwood and Brands Hatch and Spa and Nürburgring and all the other tracks.

Each door and deck lid opens (with original-styled hinges) to reveal a finished interior. The hood (bonnet) provides a metal open-prop. The fully-operable steering wheel replicates the Cobra's original hardwood rim, and there's even a red fire extinguisher strapped in between the seats. The trunk is aluminum lined, just as on the original.

These 1:18-scale, urethane-painted, painstakingly-assembled, heavy die-cast models are exquisitely detailed replicas of Carroll Shelby's 427 racing Cobra.
