For you folks in other parts of the world... that's
what a California blue sky looks like!

Here's a gentle nudge for you: if you've never managed to capture a head-on frontal shot of a Cobra roadster with this sort of drama (I characterize this view as that of "a rapidly-approaching hammerhead shark")... then you haven't read my Cobra Frontal Shots Tips here on CobraCountry.

Pete Monroe's small-block powerplant: eye candy for 289 Cobra aficionados. It was these nimble, small-block Shelby serpents that ripped the World Manufacturers Championship out of Enzo's grip.

Rob Harand just pulled up in his spectacular Midnight Blue ERA 427SC.

Tri-County Cobras
(Ventura, Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Counties)

TCC started out with just two guys getting together over breakfast one day in Ventura in 2001. The first 'formal' luncheon occurred back in October 2001, with seven Cobras and Cobra replicas showing up at The Sandwich Factory in Ventura. The group is not a club or organized associationno officials, no duesjust a gaggle of Cobra owners sharing a common interest and having a ton of fun.

TCC's periodic Saturday 'luncheon get-together' takes place every two months and occasionally shifts to different eateries (bar & grills, barbeque joints, beaneries, bistros, breakfast shops, buffets, pasta grilles, patisseries, pizzarias and pubs). The hours are basically 11:00am to 1:00pm; more often than not, an optional after-lunch highway cruise is conducted, weather permitting.
