B&B's body is constructed of handlaid fiberglass, for lighter weight and greater strength than that provided with "chopper-gun" fiberglass. We incorporate Coremat reinforcement into the body. Coremat is expensive and requires skill to work with. But it significantly increases the strength of your roadster body, reduces the chances of stress cracking, and functions as a sound dampener. And check out our rugged steel floorpans--not fiberglass or aluminum. Carbon steel is stronger and more durable and safer than GRP (Glass-Reinforced-Plastic) or aluminum. And because it's welded to the bottom of the frame rails, it serves to lower your car's center-of-gravity. Most important of all, the integral steel floorpan serves to make B&B's chassis even more rigid.
