Factory Five Racing “Type 65” Daytona Coupe. Tungsten Gray/ Stuttgart Silver Stripes.

Completed 2019; titled and registered as a “1965 Daytona Coupe.” Nevada smog exempt.

This dazzling Daytona Coupe was built with all brand-new parts and has logged less than 600 miles [<1,000 km].

Ford 347 cid (289” stroker) with 8-stack EFI
Each of the six original Coupes was fitted
with a HO Ford 289 cid small-block V8.

So does this Coupe’s FoMoCo engine, which boasts the
valid/original block casting numbers for 1965.

  • CRS cast steel crank (3.400″ stroke)
  • Mahle SBF flattop pistons, 4.040” diameter
  • Inglese 8-stack electronic fuel injection system: system includes intake manifold, in-tank fuel pump, lines and fuel pressure gauge and eight K&N filters.
  • FAST fuel system controller
  • MSD ignition system
  • Trick Flow ‘Twisted Wedge’ aluminum heads

  • Powermaster Performance starter
