This lightweight, aluminum-bodied Kirkham 289FIA Cobra… whose forebears played a huge role in bringing a rain of ruin to Enzo and his preeminent racing team back in 1964… is an almost sensual joy to behold and a visceral thrill to drive.
This beauty has logged only 1,173 miles [under 1,900 km], has never been tracked or otherwise abused, and is in magnificent condition.
It’s only because I have serious health issues that its mileage is so low… and that’s the only reason that I’m seeking to part with my ‘bucket list’ drivin’ machine. It’s champing at the bit to be taken out of its cramped stable and set free onto the open road.
