CSX4190--one of the last Shelby CSX4000-Series serpents to have been produced in Las Vegas by Shelby American (not Shelby Automobiles). This Cobra is currently licensed and titled in California under the much coveted SB-100 registration provision. It is not subject to any smog inspections or any additional registration scrutiny. Notable Shelby craftsmen--including both Kris Kincaid and Carlos Perez--transformed CSX4190 into a breathtaking drivin' machine. No expense was spared making this into one of the most-sought-after and professionally-detailed collectible cars to come out of Las Vegas in the last decade. Why possess an imitation when you can have "The Real McCoy"--with predictable appreciation rather than depreciation on its horizon. This car was built to be as original (in both appearance and performance) as possible.

CSX4190 is reliable and very civilized; it looks like a trailer queen (it's finished to show off the natural beauty of its all-aluminum coachwork), but it was built to be driven hard. I took it to Tom's Motorsports in Las Vegas for suspension tuning and 4-wheel alignment including four new adjustable shocks. Since Tom (Barnard) performed his magic, it drives and handles without the typical Cobra foibles--e.g., no wheel hops, no bump steer, no twitchy handling, no unfriendly surprises. Distances do not present a challenge. It has been exquisitely sorted; all details have been expertly attended to. It currently has 4,500 miles.

This is a rare opportunity for you to possess and drive one of the last Cobras to come from Shelby in Las Vegas. To the best of my knowledge, this is the only SB-100 registered/ California-legal aluminum-bodied Shelby that is currently offered for sale.
