The Contemporary Cobra has been characterized as being 'The closest to an original as a reproduction gets.'

The quality, engineering, fit, and finish on this Contemporary Cobra/CCX33308 is breathtaking. It exhibits 'the correct stance' and performs/behaves/handles precisely as you'd expect of an original 427SC. This Cobra has repeatedly been proven on the track at various SAAC events and driving schools. Titled 1966, 22,850 miles. At the time of building this Cobra, I was the SAAC Rep for SAAC Group Maryland. I had access to original Cobras to draw from to ensure its authenticity and period-correctness in every detail, large and small.

OTHER DETAILS

Soft top with side curtains. Sun visors and side wings. Fire extinguisher. No heater, no radio (these won't make it run faster). Trunk is unfinished due to rear brake cooling system inside. You get many spare parts. If you want to be out in front, this thundering serpent is the drivin' machine for you.

above rear shot is hotlinked to a closeup shot of the (driver's side) visor...
both visors are personally autographed by Carroll Shelby.

This view (above) is about the only view other Cobra drivers
typically see of this breathtaking drivin' machine.
