Factory
Five Racing MkIV
Silver/Vista Blue stripes

above broadside

On the outside
this silver & blue beauty evinces the persona and the growl
of a vintage 1965 427SC Cobra. But beneath its glistening coachwork
you'll find a modern super stiff chassis with a high-performanceoriented
suspension and brake components in perfect sync with a high-performance
drivetrain.
It's
engineered and masterfully equipped for breathtaking acceleration,
nimble handling, tight turning and responsive braking... perfect
for negotiating country roads and piedmont and mountain switchbacks...
from backroads to boulevards, beltways to Autobahns. This
is a drivin' machine extraordinaire!
This
is Factory Five Racing's Mk4 Roadster with all the latest
improvements and enhancements and is the most period-correct
FFR Cobra to date. It is two versions newer than the two
FFR Mk3s that recently sold at Barrett-Jackson (Scottsdale) for
$56,100 and $66,000 respectively.
And,
ahem, this li'l crowd dazzler captured the Best in Class
award at the Boston World of Wheels 2012.
Here
are more details about this serpentine silver streak:

This sleek serpent
delivers nail-you-to-the-back-of-your-seat power. It's
a thrill to drive, and handles so exquisitely you'll be tempted
to let your friends take it out for a spin (but don't succumb
to that idea). If you love an adrenaline rush and don't mind
all the favorable glances and 'thumbs up' gestures of recognition,
this silver reptile is for you. It was painstakingly built by
an A.S.E. Master Technician.
All the
components employed in the build were brand-new and installed
to meet or exceed industry standards. Every nut & bolt was
hand torqued; the underside of the fiberglass body is double-coated
with Herculiner to protect against paint chips from underneath,
and to further reduce road noise. It has been driven only just
over 200 (mostly break-in) miles (≈320 km) since completion,
and the cockpit still radiates a just-built/new car aroma.
