BDR1038: This Backdraft Racing Roadster is simply awesome! Built in 2011, and now with only 2,700 miles [4,300 km] logged, it delivers an adrenaline rush each time you crank it up.

With 'Black Magic' PPG metallic paint, light grey stripes and orange accent pinstripe/ quarterstripes, it's drop-dead gorgeous. The body paint is nicely complemented by the cockpit seats' orange upholstery stitching.

This roadster's look is further enhanced by the addition of the highly-polished American Racing "Shelby" wheels complete with safety wires. And yes, it's a Roush Racing 427R-978 engine delivering 544 horses and 519 lbs.ft. of torque. Hold on tight!

4 December 2016: You can mark my beautiful black Backdraft Cobra SOLD! It left last Friday for its new motor stable up in Wilmington, North Carolina. Many thanks for your site's remarkable market 'reach' and Curt's great photography tips... and my son Adam's D50 Nikon camera! Jay Galletly

The spectacular Cobra photography you see on this page was brought to you by Jay himself. He borrowed and used his son Adam's Nikon D50 DSLR camera (and its standard 18–55mm short-zoom lens)... the first time Jay had used that camera. But Jay scrupulously/conscientiously heeded this site's 'Photography Tips'... and his results speak for themselves!
