Here
is your opportunity if you're seeking The Best of the Best!
In my last conversation
with David Kirkham, he advised me that there are seven fully-optioned,
best-of-the-best Kirkhams in existence. I own two of those
seven serpentsKirkham KMP 491 and Kirkham
KMP 504. These vehicles are clearly works of art and engineering
marvels (I'm an engineer). These cars have a glistening, mirror-like
finish. The Kirkhams invested hundreds of hours in preparing
this car. In addition, I have invested additional hundreds of
hours polishing them (I'm a perfectionist) and then each car
recently underwent a lengthy cyclo-polishing with a specialized
aircraft polisher and cleaner to eliminate the typical "swirl"
issues common with a polished-aluminum finish. The final finish
is so "sweet" that it allows you to read the fine print
on the newspaper on a cloudy day! No paint can do this!

Here's The Baltimore Sun (14 March 2009
front page)...
as reflected in KMP 504's polished aluminum coachwork!
I'm offering
KMP 504, but will consider selling KMP 491. Both
are current, up-to-date cars. I've provided photos of both cars.
I have a private car collection to which I typically only add
cars. Hard assets are safe and are performing much better than
the stock market. I am very successful and postured very well
in the current market, so please understand that this is by no
means a fire sale. I have several Corvettes and Vipers. I am
currently making room for a perfect Grade 1, 1967 427/435 hp
Corvette and a vintage Rolls Royce Silver Cloud II.
I am also buying in other cars for my collection, so contact
me if you possess any deals. If I sell one of these cars I will
start to build another one this fall (everyone must have a hobby).
I cannot drive both of these roadsters at the same time.
These
two polished-aluminum serpents are virtually identical: KMP 504
is brand new, ready for title, and only has 20 miles on the odometer.
KMP 491 has 400 miles on it and is titled. Both cars are
listed in the most recent version of SAAC's World Registry
of Cobras and GT40s. If you are the lucky new owner, I will
also educate you on the car and provide guidance on how to properly
operate it. These two aggressive, snorting asphalt kickers are
not intended for novice drivers.
This
all-American muscle car is a 1965 Ford 427FE Cobra SC roadster
427FE replica that was completed in 2008. It's iconic of the
era of high-performance cars, but complemented with significantly
improved engineering, materials, and performance. It's is ready
for title, but has not been titled yet. Currently, this car has
a manufacturer Certificate of Origin and has been prepped for
the track/road. The Kirkham team was heavily involved in the
entire assembly. All of the bugs have been worked out.
Here
are more specifics about KMP504:

Power-to-Weight
Ratio:
2,140 pound/625 horsepower anatomy make my Dodge Viper and my
Z-06 Corvette feel very tame by comparison. You cannot imagine
how spectacularly fast this serpent is until you drive
it. The aluminum flywheel facilitates instant power.
This
serpent is awesome! It has been meticulously maintained,
never been even scratched; it's crowd-stopping beautiful.
You would spend over $160,000 to replicate this awesome,
fully-optioned, breathtaking beauty.
