Superformance Mk III
Monza Red, SPO 432

Superformance 427SC Cobra roadster, SPO432. I first fell in love with the 427 Cobra after seeing a poster of one in a Ford dealer showroom back in Detroit in 1966. Who would have believed that 33 years later I would walk into a Ford dealer in California and find my red Cobra dream car sitting on the showroom floor complete and ready for sale! I bought the car and drove it home that day. The car was registered by the dealer in California as a 1965 Cobra; with means no smog certificate. I have been driving this car in California for over 9 yrs and have never experienced any registration issues or hassles. Just recently I received my 2010 registration tags.

If perhaps you're new to the Cobra market: Superformance is the premium replica Cobra manufacturer. Every Superformance Cobra is factory assembled, less engine and transmission, at Hi-Tech Automotive in South Africa. The Superformance Cobra is the only Shelby-licensed Cobra replica on the world market—manufactured from the ground up with brand-new parts to ensure that every part fits as it's supposed to, and engineered with all modern CAD technology in suspension and braking.

At 5,899 miles the engine, running gear and suspension were tuned and upgraded; filters and bushings replaced, ride-height adjusted, new Optima battery installed, as well as other work by respected Cobra tuner Craig Hill of Top of the Hill Performance in Livermore, California. This splendid-condition serpent has logged only 6,934 awesome, thrill-filled miles and has never seen a raindrop nor has it ever been raced.
