There are 30 pages of glossy b&w photos (more than 60 photos), covering Carroll's racing career from his early days piloting an MG-TC, an Allard, a Ferrari, a 250-F Maserati—and alongside Donald Healey at Bonneville Salt Flats in 1956—all the way through those halcyon years of Shelby Cobras menacing and dominating every drivin' machine on the track, with Phil Remington, (mechanic) John Olson, and drivers Ken Miles, Roy Salvadori, Stirling Moss, Bob Holbert, Bruce McLaren, Dave McDonald, and others.
