Pacific's 427 Roadster is designed to enable you to employ a Mustang 5.0 donor car for cost reduction and straighforward assembly. You can use the engine, gearbox, driveshaft, suspension componentry, steering, radiator, pedal assembly, wiring and other components from a Ford 5.0 Mustang. In fact, with your complete roadster package from Pacific and a donor Mustang, all you will need is tires, wheels and a paint job. This means you could be on the road for under $16,000. We also offer you a kit that contains all of the donor parts so you needn't hassle with acquiring and disassembling a donor car.

Your roadster body from Pacific comes to you pre-assembled in one piece, regardless of which stage of kit you specify. This means the doors, hood, and trunk are already hung and adjusted. The cockpit, trunk and inner fenders are glassed in. Fiberglass panels are fitted with inner liners for a more attractive, "factory-finished" appearance.

The robust steel cowl brace under the dash supports the doors, steering column and windshield, and is bolted to the frame. You aren't required to do any fiberglass work or drilling or riveting of body panels. For bigger drivers: Pacific's body is specially engineered to allow taller and/or wider drivers to fit comfortably. Don't spring for a longer-wheelbase 427 roadster replica without first checking out Pacific's 427 roadster.

Like the original, your Pacific Roadster frame boasts 4" round steel tube main ladder rails. We employ multiple crossmembers and triangulated bracing for extra strength and stiffness on our 90" wheelbase chassis. Your Pacific Roadster chassis comes replete with all brackets and mounts. Front upper control arms and ball joints are included, as well as rear adjustable upper control arms.

You'll use the 8.8" Ford Mustang 4-link rear end. We provide you with adjustable upper control arms and adjustable coilover shocks to provide you with fine tuning control of your rear suspension. The front-end employs Mustang lower control arms and custom tubular uppers with adjustable coilover shocks. You can use the Mustang rack & pinion steering setup in your choice of power or manual configuration.

Pacific's Basic Roadster Kit includes the frame complete with all brackets and mounts. Front upper control arms and ball joints are included, as well as rear adjustable upper control arms. The coachwork is complete and is delivered to you preassembled, with doors, hood and trunk hung and hinged. Cockpit, trunk and inner fenders are glassed in. You also get a pair of fiberglass seat shells and an aluminum dashboard.

Pacific's Complete Roadster Kit provides you with everything you'll need to fully assemble your 427 Roadster, excluding your donor vehicle, tires, wheels and paint. This includes all the nuts and bolts, as well as lights, windshield, door latches, steering wheel, sidepipes, coilovers, et al. You can take advantage of Pacific Roadster's Ready-to-Drive option if you prefer to own and drive an affordable high-performance 427 roadster without doing the assembly work yourself. The Ready-to-Drive option includes everything in the Complete Roadster Kit, plus all the donor parts provided and all of the assembly work completed for you. All you must supply are your tires & wheels and a paint job. You can also specify that we install new or rebuilt components at additional cost.
