This MkII 5.0L black mamba was customized at the Second Annual Barrett-Jackson Northeast Auction (DIY Pavilion) by the Factory Five Racing Team. It includes 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes, IRS suspension, ST/ST sidepipes, chromed rollbar, deep floor pans.
The excellent fiberglass coachwork is finished in show-quality deep black paint with shadow stripes [visible on the very last (rear) shot, but difficult for my camera to capture].
Current mileage is just under 620 miles [1,000 km].

This stunning powerplant is equipped with Edelbrock fuel injection system and Edelbrock aluminum ‘Performer’ heads.
In 2018/2019, additional upgrades were added by Billy Andrews at his acclaimed HRE Motorcars in Freeport, Long Island, New York. These upgrades include upgraded wiring, Alpine GPS/stereo sound system, seat adjustment hardware, power steering, retractable aerial, windshield wipers, new leather upholstery [tan], rod-mounted rearview mirror, parking brake. In 2021, this black beauty was upgraded with a new Tremec 5-speed gearbox and new clutch assembly.
Additionally, it was dyno-tested by Speedworld Baldwin in Nassau County, New York and produced 260 HP to rear wheels at 4,500 RPM with 300 ft./lbs. torque. This MkII 5.0L Cobra was originally owned by Barrett-Jackson before I purchased it in 2017.
