Vintage V8 delivers 325 thundering horsepower; expertly and painstakingly rebuilt; the rebuild was completed in October 2007 by highly respected G7 Auto, Rancho Cordova, California.

The engine compartment componentry includes:

  • Holley single 4-barrel 780 735 cfm carburetor with electric choke
  • aluminum heads
  • aluminum intake manifold roller racing cam
  • SS braided hoses with ANSA fittings

One signficant advantage of a Lone Star Cobra is its extra legroom. I’m 6’3″ tall and it provides all the legroom I need (and more!). It sports about 4″ more legroom than almost any other Cobra replica. So if you’re over 6-ft. tall and legroom is one of your concerns, then this may well be the Cobra replica you’ve been searching for. In fact, Curt (6’2″ tall and long-legged) told me that Lone Star was the sole brand of Cobra that he could confidently hop into and be assured that his shoes would sit perfectly on the pedals and without his knees bumping the dashboard.
