This Shelby Cobra CSX4032—finished in Wimbledon White with Guardsman Blue LeMans stripes—is a very early 4000-Series Shelby Cobra built by Shelby in Las Vegas, Nevada. Just been recently completed by HRE Motorcars of New York.
It’s an aluminum-bodied 427 wide-hip Cobra, attractively and accurately trimmed out as an original S/C with black appurtenances: quickjacks—rollbar—oil cooler—(ceramic-coated) sidepipes and headers—spats.
This sizzling serpent is as close in every respect as you’ll ever encounter to an original 1960s 427S/C Shelby Cobra.
