In 1962 Carroll Shelby created the most-sought-after American muscle car in history, the Shelby Cobra. The Cobra went on to become the first American-made FIA World Champion in 1965 evolving into the ultimate expression of power and performance with the 427SC model.
The 427SC (CSX6000 Series) is still being produced today, incorporating improved materials and components while still maintaining its original in-your-face persona. It’s available in premium vinylester fiberglass or Legend-correct aluminum.
CSX6132 is a perfect specimen of a road-ready 427SC in Carroll’s own #98 racing livery. It boasts a robust, handlaid vinylester fiberglass body painted in 1965 World Manufacturers Championship team colors of Guardsman Blue with Wimbledon White LeMans stripes.
