Superformance MkIII Cobra
Onyx Black, SPO2076
Superformance 427SC MkIII, SPO2076, produced under license by Carroll Shelby. Original deep Onyx Black paint on black matte finish and with clear bra application. Built by (Authorized Superformance Dealer) Hillbank Motor Sports in California.
Magnificent condition… only 1,100 miles [1,770 km] logged.
It has a Montana title, and is registered here in Pennsylvania. It still sports its (coveted) original California SB-100 registration sticker; I haven’t checked yet with the California DMV, but it can probably go back into The Golden State with this same SB-100 registration.
Note: the photo above shows the car with its original wheels; down below you’ll see a closeup photo of this car fitted with its new rolling stock.

A partial roster of the cockpit trappings…
American Racing 17″ aluminum knockoff pin-drive wheels shod with Nitto 555 ‘Street Radials’ from Vintage Wheels in California. Great condition… less than 1,000 miles on the rolling stock. You’ll see them in the next two photos…

—Other Premium Particulars—
You get all all the factory manuals and receipts from build.
This is a California built Cobra fitted with all the right stuff—and always garaged and carefully covered.
The powerplant was built to run on pump gas, and the TKO sports a 5th (OD) gear for fuel-efficient cruising.
This black beauty prompts a steady stream of “Thumbs Up” gestures of admiration from the rank & file and from passing motorists; it sounds (at idle or at acceleration) as awesome and as menacing as it looks!
You’ll encounter no unpleasant surprises with this sleek drivin’ machine.
